I had to have a redo root canal, which honestly made me pretty nervous going in, but my experience at Endodontics of Cherry Creek completely changed that. Dr. Gibbs was absolutely amazing — kind, patient, and incredibly thorough in explaining everything before and during the procedure. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The procedure itself was far easier and more comfortable than I expected, and I felt confident I was in very skilled hands the whole time. If you need endodontic care, I cannot recommend Dr. Gibbs and the team at Endodontics of Cherry Creek enough. Truly a five-star experience!

The fact that they can not diagnose without a 3D scan shows the incompetence of these doctors, when I made my appointment the 1st thing they told me is that they needed a 3D scan and that was going to cost $565, I was referred by another Dentist that told me that I have an infection, I don't know why this Doctors refused to see me without the 3D scan, obviously I denied the service and went somewhere else. It is abusive to take advantage of people's pain to sell them some unnecessary 3D scan...

I was given a DTC address for my appointment by my referring dentist, not knowing that location was closed. After making the appointment, I never received any email or text with the correct address or updated details. My husband went to the address we were given, only to find it closed, and unfortunately couldn’t make it to the correct location in time. We were then told we would need to pay a $150 rescheduling fee. This was not a no-show, and the office was unwilling to discuss any possibility of waiving the fee. I never signed any paperwork or agreed to this fee. The experience was stressful and disappointing, and as a result, we decided not to move forward with this practice. We would have liked to become patients, but unfortunately, this situation made that impossible. Reply: I’d like to clarify a few points in response. I did not hear the correct office address when making the appointment, nor did I receive a phone call, email, or any written confirmation providing the correct location. If your records indicate otherwise, I would encourage your office to review whether the correct phone number and email address were on file at the time of scheduling. Additionally, no rescheduling fee policy was reviewed with me—either verbally or in writing—when the appointment was made. This situation occurred because we arrived at the address that was provided, which was closed. Under these circumstances, applying a rescheduling fee is not reasonable and does not reflect patient-centered care. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it may help improve communication for future patients.

I highly recommend this clinic. I've lived with the fear of dental procedures my whole life because I have a high tolerance to the numbing meds and have always been dismissed by past doctors. That didn't happen here. I was mid procedure when I felt some deep pain and they stopped immediately and gave me more meds which worked for the remainder of the procedure. They were very nice about my nervousness. I had a front tooth apicoectomy and while I thought the whole thing was really disturbing, they made the experience a lot less awful. I had Dr. Machado, who was very calming, and his assistants were so nice.
