I was recently on vacation away from home when I developed severe, throbbing pain in my lower back molar that made it completely impossible to sleep. I knew I needed an urgent root canal, and my regular dentist referred me here. From my very first phone call, the entire experience was phenomenal. Jasmine at the front desk was friendly, reassuring, and incredibly efficient. She seamlessly coordinated getting my X-rays transferred from an emergency location and handled my insurance setup perfectly. I deeply appreciated how transparent they were about costs—explaining the estimates clearly both before I arrived and immediately after my evaluation. The clinical care from Dr. Maloney and Diana was unmatched. I was definitely anxious, but Diana was so sweet and calming, even lightly rubbing my shoulder while Dr. Maloney gently administered the local anesthesia (such a thoughtful, comforting touch!). They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely comfortable, utilizing a jaw rest, headphones, and a perfectly adjusted dental dam setup that made the procedure as easy as a root canal could possibly be. Dr. Maloney is the consummate professional with some of the best bedside manner I have ever encountered. He has a very relaxed, friendly demeanor, took the time to explain all my options, allowed me to ask questions, and checked in on me during every step of the procedure. If you are facing the stress of needing a root canal, this is the exact team you want in your corner. I am so incredibly appreciative of these kind, skilled, and professional human beings!
