I had two appointments to determine the need for a root canal. I greatly appreciate the care and time it took to make the decision. Dr. Maloney was very thorough. I did need one and it was quickly scheduled. Dr Maloney took time to make me comfortable , by creating conversations. He explained what the process and was efficient. I was most impressed with the way he treated everyone. He was always polite to those assisting him. Always used please, when asking for something and took time to explain the why of what he was doing to those assisting and to me, I was greeted by the receptionist up front and they were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this office, Dr Malone and this practice! Thanks to all who supported me and made the experience as good as it could be!!

Quality is important, but sometimes it comes at a high price. When I see specialists, I’m not looking for something a general dentist could do. One example is the 3D scan. Although my insurance didn’t cover it, it was worth it to get a detailed understanding of what’s going on with my tooth. Unfortunately, I was told that my tooth could not be saved, so I now need to consult an implant specialist. I still truly appreciate Dr. Machado and Denise for making me feel comfortable, providing clear explanations, and giving me a copy of the 3D scan. I also really value that this office verifies insurance and provides an estimate prior to the visit. The total was $416 (including the 3D scan, X-ray, and consultation) because the 3D scan was not covered by insurance. Ultimately, it was my choice to go there, and I’m very glad I did.

I had a separated instrument (4-5 mm dental drill bit) brake off and lodge itself in one of my molars. I needed a root canal and ended up at Endodonics of Cherry Creek in Denver. Dr Maloney and assistant Diani were extremely nice and compassionate as they worked through my unusual situation. Needless to say I’m relieved it’s out of me and I can start healing and chewing normally. I would highly recommend Dr Maloney and his team if ever you need this kind of specialized dental care.

Overall my experience was good. Communication prior to the procedure was very good. However, as someone with dental procedure anxiety I would have appreciated more communication during the actual procedure. Literally for the hour long procedure the only thing that was said to me was "open wider"-not how are you doing, need a break?, things are going well, almost done, etc. I felt a bit like I was an object being worked on instead of a person.
