After having a difficult experience at another office, I was honestly nervous about starting over with a new endodontist. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and comfortable. Tammy! She was incredible throughout my entire appointment . She explained everything clearly, answered every question, and never made me feel rushed. She has such a calm and positive personality that I felt much more relaxed before the procedure even began. That meant more to me than she probably realizes. Dr. Machado was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything, was extremely thorough, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing things the right way. What impressed me the most was how gentle he was with the numbing process. After previous dental experiences, I expected multiple painful injections, but he made it incredibly comfortable, and I barely felt the numbing at all. That alone completely changed my expectations. His confidence, precision, and attention to detail made the entire procedure far easier than I ever imagined. The entire office is clean , organized, and welcoming, and everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. It’s clear that they care just as much about their patients as they do about the quality of their work. Aside from the space itself being beautiful, Dr Gibbs is incredibly patient and informational. I share this because I read every document and question every medical decision I can, mostly out of curiosity and partly from some healthy fear.
