Mei-Ling and everyone else in the office was absolutely ethereal! I went there to get my tooth checked out and they got me in earlier because I was experiencing so much pain and Mei-Ling Leveled with me and heard me and my concerns and they were really nice when I came in , along with everyone else at the front desk and then the dr was honest with me and didn’t want to waste my money at all which is always the concern.

Take photos of all of your teeth before and after each appointment! word against word wont get you far with Dr Maloney. Check all of your teeth after each procedure not just the one that is operated on in the chair before each procedure and after each procedure before you leave! Dr Maloney did an EXCELLENT job on the root canal, but he was difficult to communicate with to get a referral for a dentist so I asked if he felt comfortable doing the filling. He was very thrown by the fact i didn't have a healthcare app and instead just my health insurance card and therefore would not provide a referral (never been an issue literally anywhere else). When i continued to ask about where to go for the filling, he was very confident basically saying he can do fillings in his sleep and most of the time dental assistants do it at most dental offices. I did not happen to have a dentist in the area only orthodontia and so I moved forward with doing the filling at Endodontics of Cherry Creek. For the final filling, after a somewhat uncomfortable conversation about whether or not he can do fillings which he usually refers out, I noticed they did not use a wedge to keep my lower teeth from the drill. After the final filling appointment i bit down on something hard on my way out but accidentally swallowed it and was like ope well I'm sure it was nothing. At the time i was more distracted by the change in my bite and different sensation of the filled tooth than checking other teeth but later that week I noticed a chip in my bottom left tooth. I called and mentioned this and i conveyed this information and Dr Maloney was impossible to communicate with but he says it was "impossible" to have chipped a tooth with a drill because 2 inches of error is not possible for him to have done. I have not done anything else other than work from home, eat soft foods and wear my retainers at night before noticing this chip. I went in he was argumentative which i wish i knew before coming in. Either way I was planning to get a dentist to fix this and i should have skipped even telling him because of the unpleasant nature of our conversation.
