The doctor is really really nice. He gave me good experience, answered my questions really politely. But I really want to complain about the front desk, who had really bad attitude and was really rude. I have to say my experience was totally destroyed by her. Just learn to respect people. I paid not to get this rudeness. By the way you are paid to serve people not helping other people with their Uber stuff when your customers are waiting right

Exceptional! I’ve been raving about my root canal since I walked out of the office! The staff is professional. The office is stylish. They explain everything to you up front. And your physical and emotional comfort is paramount. Do I want to have another root canal? Of course not. But, if I need another one, I will not hesitate to go back to Endodontics of Cherry Creek! Zero. If I could. Since y’all don’t want to call me back or send me my records I requested I guess this is the only way to talk to you. If you get referred to this practice go somewhere else. When you try to reschedule an appointment you will be met with a passive aggressive receptionist who acts like it’s the end of the world. Then they will charge you 300 dollars for a photograph they didn’t even use to dx. Then they will waste more of your time by making you come in another time to fix the issue. If I’m being referred 90% chance I have the issue so why not fix it right there. Then when you ask questions after they will just stare at each other. Then when you call them out for this they get mad drop you as a patient after wasting an additional 20 minutes setting up a follow up appointment. Reply: Still doesn’t excuse the fact that you dropped me with no explanation. Your staff is rude and unprofessional. Real good at answering patients questions and concerns. Then made me sit there for 20 minutes when you had it in your mind already that you would drop me. Real professional this is the only way to reach you. Still waiting on a call from the doctor who “treated” me. dentists promises to do no intentional harm to patients. The oath also describes the importance of sympathy and understanding throughout the care of a patient. The dental Hippocratic Oath also reminds the dentist that prevention is preferable to cure of disease. Taking that oath real serious by leaving a root canal in my mouth

A great experience. Saw Dr. Scott Maloney who did an incredible job of explaining the process and making me feel comfortable to get this root canal done as I was in some serious pain. Even better yet, had zero pain during and zero pain after. Hoping I don't have to come back for one 🙂 but if I do, it's going to be with Endodontics of Cherry Creek. Highly recommend them and certainly Dr. Maloney. Thank you!!

My last root canal treatment was in the 80s, in California, and it wasn’t the most pleasant experience. When my dentist told me that I needed a root canal treatment for my current toothache, I thought it would be another appointment just to be endured. I’m happy to report that times have changed! This office is great: from a welcoming reception staff, to the dental assistant who explained everything that was going to happen, to a great endodontist (Dr. Maloney) who was personable, thoroughly explained the procedure, and most importantly provided a pain-free procedure! I don’t want to rush back for another procedure, but if I need one, I know whose door I’ll be knocking on ! I could not recommend this office more!

I had a wonderful experience here until I received the bill. They told me that my insurance covered most of the cost of my procedure and then - surprise! - it actually covered 0% of it. Now I am stuck with a huge bill that I can't pay because of their mistake. This seems like a pretty important and basic thing to get wrong. I would not recommend Endodontics of Cherry Creek to anyone.

Dr. Maloney and Melissa turned my stressful and painful situation into relief - both of pain and anxiety. They saw me as a sudden and very unexpected emergency. I can not say enough about how great Dr. Machado and Denise treated me. I have terrible anxiety with dental work, I was traumatized as a child with a small town dentist. Denise and Dr. Machado explained everything to me and I never felt any discomfort during the whole procedure. One day after a root canal and I feel fine. I appreciate his skills and patient care so much. Thank you. 8-17-23 Well another root canal 4 months later and I didn't think it could get better but it was. Dr. Machado and Denise are the best. OMGOODNESS!!! Dr Gibbs, literally saved my life. I was in blinding pain, on a Friday, late in the day. He and Jasmine stayed late to do an emergency root canal. I cannot thank them enough I was seriously in so much pain by the time I left felt immediately better.

Best root canal ever (Who would’ve thought somebody would ever say that??). I started having severe pain while away on vacation and they were able to get me in the next day to re-do a root canal that my previous dentist attempted. Dr. Gibbs made the entire experience pain free from start to finish. His assistant Jasmine was skilled, friendly, and comforting throughout the entire appointment. The front desk was transparent about costs and insurance coverage. The best part is I am now completely pain free. Hopefully I never need another root canal, but if I do this is the only place I’ll go.
