The services were excellent. Great communication about the procedure and what was happening, what to expect and accessible for questions. Aso on schedule from start to finish. I would highly recommend this practice.

As far as root canals go, I had a wonderful experience. They got me in quickly! Denise and Dr. Machado were both excellent and made me feel confident they would find and fix my tooth pain issues, and they did. I followed up with my dentist today to get the permanant filling for my crown, and he said it's a very impressive root canal the way they were able to save my crown and only make a tiny hole. It's not like I want another root canal, but if I need another one, I will definitely be going back.

Dr. Machado was professional and knowledgeable. When you've had as much dental work performed as me with a myriad of providers, it's nice to have someone sort through all the confusion and make a sensible, logical and helpful plan going forward. Dr. Machado's bedside manner was exceptional to boot, and procedurally, he was gentle, and always checking in to assess comfort. Cannot recommend this practice more highly.

Dr. Spence and Jazmin are 2 absolute life savers! I am so grateful that they were able to get me on the office for a emergency root canal on such extreme short notice! They provided me with detailed and easy to understand information about the procedure and how they would go about it. The location and office is very nice and clean! I’m not going to sugar coat or lie. At my first appointment had me skeptical however they were moving offices and all equipment, like everything. So I ended up having to come back for my scans because the scan software was acting up. After that I had great work and a great experience. Big shoutout to the admin manager and Dr. Gibbs. These two people helped with my anxieties about treatment plans, cost/insurance and just great customer service. They have been honest, straightforward and supportive. I’d highly recommend Dr. Gibbs at this specialist!!! Ty guys!! My re-treatments are doing great!!

Highly recommended! I have had several root canals performed at both locations. Dr. Machado is excellent! He is personable while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I came into this office in agonizing pain, and Dr. Gibbs got me in for a root canal the same day as my initial appointment; he and Jasmine actually worked into the evening to get me the relief I needed. Probably the least unpleasant dental procedure I've ever had, which I was not expecting with a root canal. Two months later and the tooth is still doing well. Massive thanks to the team here for what they do.
