OMGOODNESS!!! Dr Gibbs, literally saved my life. I was in blinding pain, on a Friday, late in the day. He and Jasmine stayed late to do an emergency root canal. I cannot thank them enough I was seriously in so much pain by the time I left felt immediately better.

Best root canal ever (Who would’ve thought somebody would ever say that??). I started having severe pain while away on vacation and they were able to get me in the next day to re-do a root canal that my previous dentist attempted. Dr. Gibbs made the entire experience pain free from start to finish. His assistant Jasmine was skilled, friendly, and comforting throughout the entire appointment. The front desk was transparent about costs and insurance coverage. The best part is I am now completely pain free. Hopefully I never need another root canal, but if I do this is the only place I’ll go.

I have had countless cavities and dental surgeries, and Dr. Machado was hands down the best doctor I have ever had. Him and his assistant, Tammy, made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I was extremely anxious going into it- and by the time I was halfway through the procedure I almost fell asleep I was so comfortable! From the ladies working the front desk to everyone I came in contact with, overall 10/10. I will never go to elsewhere as long as I live in Denver.

Endodontics of Cherry Creek provides an excellent service and patient experience. Dr. Machado and his assistant Asha put me at ease by making sure I was comfortable and taking the time to explain the procedure and what to expect before, during, and afterwards. I had zero pain or discomfort during the procedure. It was the best dental experience I have had and I am glad I went to them. I highly recommend!

Dr. Gibbs and Auza did a wonderful job! I was in really bad pain and required urgent treatment. They were both very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I was in no pain during the procedure, almost none after and felt instant relief. I couldn’t ask for better treatment. AVOID THIS PRACTICE! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Endodontics of Cherry Creek. My husband and I are originally from NYC, where my father is a retired general dentist. We have both seen many of his colleagues in NY & LA, and with our vast experience with dentists, we were shocked by the lack of compassion and bedside manner at this practice. My husband had an appointment with Dr. Jesus Machado, and from the moment he walked in, the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. When my husband expressed to Dr. Machado that he wanted to focus on the most critical area of work due to our finances (having a newborn), the dentist was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. A dentist should understand the importance of patients prioritizing their dental needs based on their financial situation. A specialist, in particular, should be sensitive to the fact that the patients they see may require expensive procedures. At the end of the appointment my husband paid $325 out of pocket for the appointment - which was only for Xray/scans/initial consultation - NO ACTUAL DENTAL WORK OCCURRED. Then, we received a bill in the mail for an additional $155, bringing the total to $480 for ZERO work. Moreover, I received the latest letter today, threatening to put us into collections. The additional billing, after the fact, and the threat to put us into collections are unacceptable and make it feel like we are being shaken down. It is essential that patients have transparency regarding their treatment costs (especially when there is no treatment, and it was a general exam without surprise costs, that they are paying out of pocket for) and that they are not blindsided by unexpected charges. The practice should have been upfront about all costs associated with our visit and communicated them effectively. Overall, our experience at Endodontics of Cherry Creek was unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and compassion shown by the staff, particularly Dr. Machado, is concerning. It is essential for patients to feel comfortable and well-cared for during their dental visits, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. I would NOT recommend this practice to others. If you are looking for a wonderful endodontist, I recommend checking out the Art of Endodontics in Arvada - he is phenomenal. It makes a huge difference when you are paying that kind of money, and not only is the work done well, but the office is competent and cares about their patients. In this case, I feel like I was involved with a bad mechanic and being ripped off - stay away. Shame on this practice. REPLY TO OWNERS RESPONSE: I understand having to wait for the cost adjustment from insurance if he was using his insurance in the first place, or, if there were unforeseen costs with treatment…However, after his visit, your office seemed so incompetent that my husband said he would pay out of pocket - not to bill his insurance company, at which point, he was obviously charged the wrong amount. If you scan through all your fake positive reviews and read the negative ones, they all say the same thing…report to bbb.

My dentist referred me to Endodontics of Cherry Creek a couple weeks ago. Over two visits, they redid a root canal that wasn’t properly done by my old dentist. At my first appointment, I was in immense pain. They were patient and supportive and walked me through the process step by step. The procedures were as comfortable as dental work can be, everyone was friendly, and I feel confident that they did a solid job. Would definitely recommend this practice!

I recently had a root canal done at Endodontics of Cherry Creek. Not going to lie, I was very nervous. I mean who wants to have a root canal? That said, the pain I was experiencing in my crowned tooth was, at times, unbearable. Dr. Machado was amazing. He explained everything in detail, answered my questions and, the best part--he completed the root canal without me feeling any pain during or after the procedure. The entire team was very professional and their #1 priority was my comfort. I would highly recommend this practice. I hope I don't have to see them again, but if I do need another root canal, I will definitely go back to this practice.

I had bad experience with Endodontics in the past … but this group is the best of the best . I was with a lot of pain and Denise calm me down with jokes and explain to me every steps of what her and Dr. Jesus Machado we’re about to do . I hate de needles and the anesthesia but the technique that they used ( slow breathing) and Denise hold my hand … calm me down completely. The process was almost painless and fast .
