I was charged for a consultation on a quadrant of my mouth that I was referred for a root canal. They did the exam, tested my teeth and then had me wait 3 hours to get "fit in" on a Friday in spite of the fact I had apppointment. Dr. Gibb said that he didn't have time but since I had been told the procedure would occur that day he did it, on the wrong tooth. I spent 72 hours in pain completely untreated. When I contacted the emergency line they agreed to see me and found that I had a "Dying tooth" and scheduled another root canal. I was told that dying teeth are extremely painful but steroids would resolve the problem, it did not. On my final visit I explained to the treating physican that I did not trust him or his practice but I had already paid. He completed the procedure successfully then decided to tell me that I would be pain free. I told him that I was told 3 other times that I would be pain free and I was absolutely not. The initial treatment exacerbated the problem and it was a result of Dr. Gibb treating the "low hanging fruit" his words. Dr. Gibb is over confident and missed the whole reason I was seeking his treatment. He left the root canal (on the wrong tooth) unfinished. I was dismissed without resolve by the Senior most physician, after he completed my procedure with a significant amount of gaslighting and complete disregard for my thoughts and feeling about my health. Miscommunication regarding consultation and procedure, inadequate post procedure guidance, unidentified additional dental issues, lack of pain management and making costly assumptions about your health is what I experienced.

The root canal it self was painless (with the laughing gas), and the dentist was super prompt and had me out of there within 45 minutes of start time. But I really want to complain about the front desk, who had really bad attitude and was really rude. I have to say my experience was totally destroyed by her. Just learn to respect people. I paid not to get this rudeness. By the way you are paid to serve people not helping other people with their Uber stuff when your customers are waiting right

Exceptional! I’ve been raving about my root canal since I walked out of the office! The staff is professional. The office is stylish. They explain everything to you up front. And your physical and emotional comfort is paramount. Do I want to have another root canal? Of course not. But, if I need another one, I will not hesitate to go back to Endodontics of Cherry Creek! Zero. If I could. Since y’all don’t want to call me back or send me my records I requested I guess this is the only way to talk to you. If you get referred to this practice go somewhere else. When you try to reschedule an appointment you will be met with a passive aggressive receptionist who acts like it’s the end of the world. Then they will charge you 300 dollars for a photograph they didn’t even use to dx. Then they will waste more of your time by making you come in another time to fix the issue. If I’m being referred 90% chance I have the issue so why not fix it right there. Then when you ask questions after they will just stare at each other. Then when you call them out for this they get mad drop you as a patient after wasting an additional 20 minutes setting up a follow up appointment. Reply: Still doesn’t excuse the fact that you dropped me with no explanation. Your staff is rude and unprofessional. Real good at answering patients questions and concerns. Then made me sit there for 20 minutes when you had it in your mind already that you would drop me. Real professional this is the only way to reach you. Still waiting on a call from the doctor who “treated” me. dentists promises to do no intentional harm to patients. The oath also describes the importance of sympathy and understanding throughout the care of a patient. The dental Hippocratic Oath also reminds the dentist that prevention is preferable to cure of disease. Taking that oath real serious by leaving a root canal in my mouth

A great experience. Saw Dr. Scott Maloney who did an incredible job of explaining the process and making me feel comfortable to get this root canal done as I was in some serious pain. Even better yet, had zero pain during and zero pain after. Hoping I don't have to come back for one 🙂 but if I do, it's going to be with Endodontics of Cherry Creek. My last root canal treatment was in the 80s, in California, and it wasn’t the most pleasant experience. When my dentist told me that I needed a root canal treatment for my current toothache, I thought it would be another appointment just to be endured. I’m happy to report that times have changed! This office is great: from a welcoming reception staff, to the dental assistant who explained everything that was going to happen, to a great endodontist (Dr. Maloney) who was personable, thoroughly explained the procedure, and most importantly provided a pain-free procedure! I don’t want to rush back for another procedure, but if I need one, I know whose door I’ll be knocking on ! I could not recommend this office more!

I had a wonderful experience here until I received the bill. They told me that my insurance covered most of the cost of my procedure and then - surprise! - it actually covered 0% of it. Now I am stuck with a huge bill that I can't pay because of their mistake. This seems like a pretty important and basic thing to get wrong. I would not recommend Endodontics of Cherry Creek to anyone.

I can not say enough about how great Dr. Machado and Denise treated me. I have terrible anxiety with dental work, I was traumatized as a child with a small town dentist.
