Wow, at their Cherry Creek branch today for the first time, and I must say, I saw exceptional customer service there. Nice and caring staff. Doctor Maloney and his assistants, two awesome ladies did a great job and even though they were super busy today, and I was there for the checkup only, they took care of me in less than an hour as soon as I told them I've been in pain in a few days. Wish we could see this level of customer service all over US.

I was in the care of Dr. Machado, and I have to say, what a fantastic person he is! Not only is he a brilliant Dr. but a very kind and caring individual who only does his best for you. I generally loathe going to the "dentist" or anyone having to deal with my mouth/teeth but I actually really enjoyed having him as my Dr. He made me feel comfortable and safe and he seemed very honest and genuine in his care for me as his patient. I wish he was a regular dentist, he's the best!

After cracking a tooth followed by multiple dentist visits, gum surgery and an ER visit my mouth was a wreck and my face was swollen up like a soccer ball. Dr Machado and his team got me in right away and did a great job. By this point my mouth had suffered so many injections, incisions and sutures I was really hesitant for more prodding and poking but Dr M took my concerns seriously, was very understanding, explained all the different options and offered his recommendations. Dr M was communicative throughout my root canal which was very quick. The staff gave me clear post-procedure instructions verbally and in writing and they checked in with me following the procedure. After a day of unrelenting pain, my dentist referred me to Endodontics of Cherry Creek for a root canal. They scheduled me the very next morning, The lobby of the Clayton Clinic is very impressive. Despite being 20 minutes early, I was immediately led inside for my x-rays. State of the art equipment, everything visualized onscreen, thorough explanation of everything going on - friendly, courteous, and very professional. After Dr. Machado discussed my options - and he was thorough, deliberate and patient in his explanations - I agreed to push through with the procedure. The root canal took about an hour.
